Capcom’s Street Fighter 4 had successfully brought back 2D fighting into the 3rd dimension. Soon Capcom will release its multi-tag fighting game Marvel vs Capcom 3. Now Namco is bringing back the tag mechanic in the form of Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
Namco’s Tekken franchise has released a trailer for the upcoming Tekken game at the Tokyo Game Show over 12 hours ago.
The first Tekken Tag Tournament game was a launch title for the PlayStation 2 ten years ago. It showcased nearly all the characters from the last three games on the PlayStation One with everything you expected from a Tekken game, but played it safe by making no innovation to the game mechanics whatsoever. It also had Tekken Bowling, an addictive and humorous multiplayer game.
How can you not love a game which lets you play a kangaroo holding a bowling ball with its boxing gloves?
