New Resident Evil 5 trailer encourages rumours

The Las Plagas are now attacking numbers!
The new trailer got my heart beating and my brain thinking!
The Las Plagas is still out there! Gamepro reckons it is and I agree. In the latest trailer, the evil that has bestowed over the bodies of an African village moves and chucks weapons on our protagonist, Chris Redfield, moves and acts just like the Las Plagas did around Leon Kennedy in Resident Evil 4. The European virus carriers were moving fast but they were slow enough to let me see how gross they are up close. You get to see the transformation of one of the victims in the trailer and the weird thing is that the man seem to turn into a mindless monster instantly, unlike the days Leon had to find a cure in Europe. Could this be a much more improved Las Plagas virus?
Stepping into the sun after standing in a cool area for too long will have Chris blinded for a few seconds. I would then like to see Chris eating to stay alive, even though Solid Snake did it on the PS2. Walking around eating African herbs at empty shops would be great to increase health and perform interesting side effects on our protagonist.
I hope the cats and mouse chase by a village against one man won't be just a one-off event like at the beginning of Resident Evil 4. The enemies in RE5 look savage! They look like they can run marathons too! One of em skewed Chris's arm and pwned him to the ground! Just watching the chaos brings back memories of that one event where the chainsaw is buzzing and all I had was a spare pair of underwear, an underwhelming handgun and a shotgun I found on the second floor of a house; that was immerse gaming right there!
Watching the trailer brings back memories of gaming bliss; it looks like more of the same but better. The major question after watching the trailer is who in the deepest reaches of the Umbrella coorperation is the female opening her eyes at the end? Is it Claire? Did something happen to her at the end of the upcoming CG movie Resident Evil: Degeneration? Did I just made a major spoiler for the movie? Questions, questions only time will provide the answers! Right now I'm going to go and play Resident Evil 4 again with a fresh pair of underpants.

It is still a way off but at least it will be coming in less than a year.
I just try to remain positive that the game is stewing in development so that I wouldn't be disappointed once it comes out, at least the new trailer is evidence enough that the game is coming along well.
