Dead Space Intenses
Nick Earl, head of Visceral Games, has explained Dead Space’s new intensity of gameplay to IGN. It brings up memories of Resident Evil 4’s departure from the “Survival Horror” to “Action Horror” genre.
"I can tell you that we're a little more focused on action horror as opposed to survival horror.” Nick Earl said.
Nick Earl also said the game is going to blow expectations in terms of the game’s environment and interactivity. Could this be a challenge to the massive Mass Effect 2, also set in space?
Gender indifference in Diablo 3
IGN also released the latest episode of the Jace Hall Show, revealing the female version of the Monk class in much-anticipated action RPG: Diablo 3.
Square Enix has confirmed Final Fantasy 13 will be on 3 disks for the 360 version to games website: VG247, but still coming on one blu-ray disk on the PS3.
It brings back fond memories of the cliff hanger endings of each disk in Final Fantasy 7, 8 and 9.
