Clash of the 'Perfect' Games

Two epic games released this month. All gamers win!

Red Dead Redemption’s reception is critical! Super Mario Galaxy seems to have reached perfection. Blur is out and revs its engine at Split/Second, what does IGN think of this?.



The Wild West has never been so popular; thanks to what critics believe having great graphics, game-play, sound, and replay value. Critical acclaim from the top journalists in the industry is to be expected.

Scores from five major websites for the PS3 version below:

Games Radar: 9


Super Mario Galaxy has brought starry happiness to reviewers as well. Nintendo hasn’t lost their touch as evident with near-perfect scores:

Gamepro: 4.5/5
Games Radar: 10


A big thumb’s down to Nintendo for holding Mario’s space sequel till the first of July for Australia.


Popular podcast host of Rebel FM and IGN editor: Anthony Gallegos, has reviewed Blur and prefers Split/Second over it. The game sounds like a extremely hardcore version of Mario Karts minus the fun, thanks to the ever frustratingly relentless power-up bashing of the CPU cars.
